Sticky. Glossy. Irresistibly addictive. This glazed chicken is everything dinner should be — bold sweet heat from Roaring Sauces Fruity Hot Sauce, a hint of smoke from paprika, and a caramelized glaze that'll have everyone at the table asking what's in it. The answer is three tablespoons of the good stuff. Ready in 30 minutes. Gone in five.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Fruity Hot Sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Taste it. Try not to drink it. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until deep golden brown. Don't rush the sear — that crust is where the flavor lives.
Lower heat to medium. Pour the glaze over the chicken and turn to coat all sides. Add butter if using. Cover and cook for another 5–7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp) and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
Plate the chicken and spoon any leftover glaze from the pan right over the top. Finish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve alongside rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad. Accept the compliments graciously.
